Petter Torp has resigned from his position as acting CEO and CFO of Nord Pool Spot AS to become CFO of Alpiq Nordic.
Petter Torp has been the CFO of Nord Pool Spot since July 2003. The Board of Nord Pool Spot has accepted his resignation with regrets and wishes him all the best in his new position.
The board of Nord Pool Spot appoints Hans Randen as acting CEO of Nord Pool Spot AS effective as of 14 August 2009.
