In case of partial decoupling, a message declaring this will be sent at 12.45 CET/CEST.
If a partial decoupling is declared please prepare for order books being re-opened at 12.55 (or a later agreed time) for exactly 15 minutes.
Please use the opportunity to adjust your orders during the 15 minutes window available. This is important - decoupling may see the creation of extreme prices.
