Ingrid Arus, Market Manager​

Ingrid Arus joined Nord Pool in 2015, with a wealth of experience in the energy market. As the Market Manager for Baltic markets at Nord Pool, she is responsible for ensuring our members in the region receive the very best customer service, while also maintaining strong relationships with other stakeholders, including NRAs and TSOs. ​

Having previously worked at the Estonian Ministry of Finance and at Estonian TSO, Elering, for over a decade, Ingrid’s expertise in market design and development is well established. She is committed to ensuring that our members in the Baltics are well taken care of and that their needs are addressed promptly.​

“My focus is on keeping our members happy with the Nord Pool offering and also on bringing Nord Pool’s resources and expertise to all challenges our Baltics members are facing,” she says.​
