Will Barnes serves as the Market Manager for Denmark at Nord Pool, overseeing day-ahead and intraday products. With the launch of Nordic Power Futures in 2025, he plays a pivotal role in implementing this project, ensuring customers are well-informed about the new offering. 

Excelling in building strong relationships with both new and existing contacts, Will is committed to exceptional customer service, consistently meeting the needs of Nord Pool's customers in Denmark. 

"I believe in an empathetic approach to customer service, focusing on urgency to ensure customer satisfaction", he says. 

Bringing extensive knowledge and experience from the energy industry, Will has worked since 2006 in various roles at a consultancy, bank, trading fund, futures exchange, and green energy data provider. His expertise spans spot physical gas and power trading and logistics, account management, and direct sales in the data sphere. He is dedicated to staying updated on market trends and developments, contributing to our customers' ongoing success. 

Engaging with stakeholders and participating in customer events is something Will enjoys, fostering a positive environment wherever he goes.
