- The web site is our main information channel to all customers in the market. We will launch a new and significantly improved web site that is intended to contribute to greater transparency and easy access to data, said Mikael Lundin, CEO in Nord Pool Spot.
The new web site is built on feedback from personal interviews of web users and on feedback from the customer surveys, which contained advice regarding improvements of the web site. The comments were well aligned: They users requested easy access to the prices, instant updates of dynamic data, easy navigation, more tables and a lighter graphical design.
The goal for the project team has been to make Nord Pool Spot’s information easily accessible in a user-friendly solution.
The new web site will be accessible through a link from the old web site from 5 May to 1 June, in order to make it possible for the users to get to know the web site before www.nordpoolspot.com will be switched to the new site on 1 June.
- We expect to get a lot of feedback during the first months after launch, and these comments will be part of the basis for further improvement of the site, says project sponsor Siw Hauge, Director Communications in Nord Pool Spot.
The sales team will support the customers after the launch of the site, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction during the transition to the new web site.
