Nord Pool would like to make you aware that the day factor parameters used in our margin model for the calculation of collateral calls is being adjusted from 3 to 6 for Nordics, Baltics and CE markets.
The adjustment will be implemented, and the new requirements visible in clearing and settlement system (CASS), on Tuesday, December 17. Members should then arrange to have sufficient increases in collateral in place as soon as possible, however, by no later than the absolute deadline of Friday, 21 December at 11:00 AM CET.
The day factor will be adjusted back on Thursday, 2 January 2020.
